Mission: To help me better understand my high blood pressure

Request: Can you share your blood pressure with me? Once I have enough stats I will post the results as a graph

Background: I am middle aged, over weight and struggling with my blood pressure. My doctor told me to excerise more and lose weight. When I asked how much that would help he said “some”. When I searched online I was surprised how little I could find about weight and blood pressure.

By asking you for your blood pressure and analizing them I hope to better understand my own blood pressue and where it’s going.

Any information I collect here is completly anonymous. This is purely to help me better understand my own blood pressue and maybe help you understand yours.

I have almost no computer skills, hence the poor website. But any help will be gratefully recieved.
